How to verify a certificate
This page lets anyone — an employer, school, or agency — instantly confirm that a Modern CPR Certificate of Completion is genuine and still current.
- Find the certificate ID. It's printed on the certificate in the format
MCPR-XXXX-XXXXXXXX. - Or just scan the QR code. Scanning the QR code on the certificate opens this page with the ID already filled in — then select Verify.
- Read the result. A valid certificate shows the holder's name, what they completed, the issue date, and the valid-through date.
The ID isn't case-sensitive. If a certificate doesn't verify, double-check the ID for typos. Questions? Contact us.
