For employers & teams

Workplace CPR, AED & first aid — without a day off the floor

Give your people the confidence to respond to a cardiac arrest, a choking coworker, or serious bleeding. It’s 100% online, takes about four hours at each person’s own pace, and ends with an instant certificate you can verify.

Preparedness that actually sticks

Interactive lessons, knowledge checks, and scenarios — not a video people tab away from. Staff finish knowing what to do, not just having watched it.

No scheduling, no downtime

Everyone trains online, on their own time — no booking a room, an instructor, or a full day away from work.

Verifiable records

Each person gets a Certificate of Completion with a QR code and ID your safety coordinator can verify instantly for your records.

Current & complete

Built on the 2025 guidelines — including AED use, severe-bleeding control, and opioid/naloxone response that many older courses still skip.

What’s covered

Everything in one online course

Built on the current 2025 international guidelines — the same science hospitals and first responders are trained on.

High-Quality CPR

Chest compressions that keep blood moving — the right place, depth, and rhythm — for adults, children, and infants.

Using an AED

How to turn on and follow an automated external defibrillator with confidence, including on children.

Rescue Breaths

When breaths matter and how to give them — as part of CPR and for someone who has a pulse but isn’t breathing.

Relief of Choking

The current back-blow and thrust sequences for adults, children, and infants — and what to do if they go unresponsive.

Serious Bleeding

Direct pressure, tourniquets, and wound packing — the actions that can save a life before help arrives.

Opioid Overdose & Naloxone

How to recognize an opioid emergency and give naloxone (Narcan) — new in the 2025 guidelines.

Make sure it fits your requirement

This is an online Certificate of Completion — excellent for general workplace preparedness and safety programs that accept online training. It is not an in-person, hands-on “BLS” skills validation, which some roles require (for example, healthcare providers, or jobs governed by specific OSHA, state, or licensing rules that mandate an in-person skills check). If your workplace has a specific standard to meet, confirm an online certificate satisfies it before enrolling your team — our acceptance guide explains where it fits, and we’ll refund you if a listed employer won’t accept it.

Employer questions

Can we enroll a whole team?

Yes — each person enrolls and completes the course individually and gets their own verifiable certificate. For larger teams or invoicing, contact us and we’ll help.

Does this meet OSHA requirements?

OSHA doesn’t “certify” CPR courses, and requirements vary by industry and role. This course is strong general preparedness with a documented Certificate of Completion. If a specific regulation or your safety program requires in-person, hands-on skills testing, that must be done in person. Please confirm your requirement before enrolling.

How do we keep records?

Every certificate has a unique ID and QR code that anyone can confirm on our verification page — simple to file and audit.

How long is it valid?

Two years, with renewal available when it’s time.
