Our satisfaction & acceptance guarantee
If a listed employer or program won't accept your Modern CPR Certificate of Completion, we'll refund you. We'd rather give your money back than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit your situation.
If your certificate isn't accepted
If you bought the course expecting a specific employer or program to accept it, and they won't, here's what to do:
Email us the details
Write to info@moderncpr.com and tell us who wouldn't accept the certificate — the employer, school, or program — and, if you can, what they require instead.
We review it
We'll confirm the details. No interrogation and no runaround — this is a guarantee, not a maze.
We refund you
Once confirmed, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
General refunds
Not sure the course is right for you? If you haven't completed the course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@moderncpr.com. Because a Certificate of Completion is a digital credential, refunds after a certificate has been issued are handled under the acceptance guarantee above rather than as general refunds.
Please confirm acceptance first
Acceptance for clinical, licensed, and other regulated roles is not something we can guarantee — those roles often require an in-person skills evaluation that no online course provides. Before you buy, confirm your employer's or licensing board's specific requirements. Our acceptance guide walks through where the certificate fits and where it doesn't.
